Hey, I’m Mark. I am a rising senior at UW-Madison studying Computer Science, Mathematics, and Philosophy.
Currently, I am an undergraduate researcher at the University of Wisconsin–Madison working on machine learning research, with a broader interest in AI safety. I also work as a software engineer at Nostomania.
Off the computer I am a musician, write philosophical works, and rock climb!

MuRF is a simple yet universally effective strategy to improve performance of VFMs at inference time.

INSCONE is a wild-data training strategy that improves zero-shot generalization of MGT detectors to unseen LLMs.

SpeciesCAI is an ablation isolating constitutional operationalization from new value content in CAI fine-tuning.

Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe bots. Utilizes deep learning on MCTS evaluation for game state evaluation.

Generates unique SVGs with famous philosophy quotes for README use. Hosted with vercel.
Off the computer, I am a musician and write some philosophy papers. See my creative work on my blog.
